The S-E is also missing the USB cable in the box. That cable is essential if you shoot tethered in a studio, but you may not need it. I've never used the USB connection on any camera other than a GoPro.

The main difference is the extra 2 years of warranty and the loaner service.

The S-E has the same GPS module as the S-006.
