Phocus1.2 - How to access new functions

I just downloaded Phocus 1.2 and for the life of me cant figure out how to access the new B&W conversion and navigator tools...
Any pointers woudl be appreciated!

Go to the Adjust Tab and click on the little triangle to the right to bring up the drop down menu. It's there.
