Nikon D3x, D3, D700 & D300S new firmware

I don't see any improvemnt on my Nikon D3X.
Everything looks the same before and after.

I tried the new firmware, and was positively surprised at the results. I have not tested for high-ISO performance, only for white balance issues. My find is that my D700 is more successful in getting the colors right. The yellowish tint is all gone.
I hope to post some examples soon.

Btw, if you shoot using Nikon Camera Control Pro 2 there is a corresponding update available to sync the capabilities of the new firmware to remote control.

Here are a few example shots I took after upgrading to firmware 1.0.2.
D700 and Nikkor 24-70/2.8 with no color correction.

D3x is obviously a newer camera than D700 so perhaps it had better WB to start with.
