I remember seeing this fabulous picture of your father. It is a pleasure to revisit it.Nothing like a good father picture!
This was take with a D1X in the front window of the Turks Head in St Agnes (Isles of Scilly). 1/15th f4.8 - 26th May 2003. He was 84, and I guess it was the last family holiday. He died last summer after a long, splendid and happy life (the last 4 years weren't so great).
So, Jorgen - thank you for posting your picture of your father, as it reminded me of this one of mine, for me, it's the best picture I have of him in his old age, strong, thoughtful, intelligent and absolutely honest (he was also a fine photographer).
Jorgen . . . what CAN I sayWow... very nice bike. Unfortunately, I only ride my 150cc pocket rocket, and even that one is grounded after my last crash
Still waiting for my dinner. These guys don't have choppers either, but one of them have started preparations
Hi Robnice pics - and I'm impressed with the 85/1.8, very little if any PF/CA off high contrast areas or the chrome in the scenes.
