Thanks Jono and Cindy! (That was captured using a Customized Nikon cam with the 18-55 AFS G II @ 18mm and f/8. This is the best Nikon lens for IR)

Here is an IR Macro
Vivek: The image of the eye is amazing. A tiny bit creepy somehow. It reminds of Stanley Kubrick's 2001: Space Odyssey. Cool.

Ran into this friendly chap in Singapore the other day. Don't remember his name, but he said he used to appear in crosswords a lot. D200 with Nikkor 18-200.

Another day, not so much...
Are they Shi Tzu's or Lhasas? Very cute! My 10 yr old daughter wants to forward a copy of Gromit's picture to some of her friends. Do I have your permission GP?

I didn't post a photo here today, so to keep the momentum going, I'll offer this grab shot from yesterday out in front of my pond. The light was dead flat and fairly gloomy with just one small bright-ish area. Hand-held and stitched together, it's not the ultimate, but it does show the slow advance of Spring.

I like many posted here sofar. Deepdiver's and Jorgen's are particularly enchanting.

Here is a Blue Bell, shot using an "ancient" (but still better than most of latest and greatest)
105/4 Micronikkor on a dedicated IR cam.

Snapshot while messing around with the D3, 200VR and 1.7X. Wide open with the combination @ 3.3.
