Corlan: Thank you! Your shot's very similar, except for that pesky bee. That third one's interesting. It has no particular subject, or point of focus. Not really "texture", either. It's like a 3-d pinball game with your eye moving from blade to blade.

Lloyd/Osman: Thank you, Gentlemen. I took several pictures of that flower with different f-stops and different focus points. This is the one that I liked the most. Cheers, Matt.Just as Lloyd said; WOW!
Di Vinci?
Exactly. in this regard it also reminded me of a "green wheat" shot posted a couple of weeks ago (notwithstanding the texture part you've noted), but it didn't want to make too many comparisons of the kind. Nothing ego related though, really, just how the mind works jumping from one concept to a similar one.Corlan: Thank you! Your shot's very similar, except for that pesky bee. Insanely Delicious!
I will give a third WOW. That may have done it for me. I've been on the fence for a while for getting a 105 VR macro. That shot sealed it.Just as Lloyd said; WOW!
Nice shot, Tim. Sort of a Mona Lisa quality... hard to read her expression. From a civil war reenactment today. I didn't even notice the scratches on her face until I downloaded the image.
Damn, I thought she had a crush on me! Ah well, probably best since I'd likely be arrested.Nice shot, Tim. Sort of a Mona Lisa quality... hard to read her expression.
