Snake Boat Race in Kerala - India.
There was a Snake Boat Race near my place in association with Muziris Tourism Festival. (Muziris - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ) And I went there and took some photos with my D800E and 105mm f2.8G VR. It was a cloudy day and sky was very bad. Sharing some pics.

    Hi everyone,
Last weekend I had the chance to visit the old city of Easton ( hometown of Crayola ) in PA. and take some pictures with D800E and 24-85 G. Here are some of those pictures, I hope that you enjoy them.

    Best,

Emirates palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi. The other iconic hotel aside of the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. According to Wikipedia, 5 kg of pure edible gold is used per year for decoration mainly on desserts.
I am not 100% happy with the composition since IMHO there is too much sky with little or no clouds but if I had cropped it, it would look "weird"...

Thanks! No model, just my girlfriend...though she's getting more comfortable in front of the camera. I didn't have anyone to use a reflector - I was able to lighten up the shadows without losing anything! Pretty awesome...

Great shot - IMHO a darker frame would add to the dramatic scene. Well done.

D800 ideally not or action sport camera but it's an excellent camera for a fine art and portrait photographer . Here's the shot taken from it that I output a 40x60in print for a client.

The Fall colors in Summit County, Colorado this year are incredible...These two were taken today...with drizzle in deep woods on Boreas Pass road, south of Breckenridge, CO ..Mountains were in the clouds and this high road had unusual colors. It had rained yesterday and all night and some of today and the colors were saturated. D800e and 14-24 lens. Eleanor
