Many attempt photographs of this genre. Some are very good. Very few
are excellent.

Have a look at Steve's past posts of this genre. Again and again, consistently, he proves he excels at it. There is ' something ' that is missing
in others. That ' something ' is Steve's quiet mastery.

He does it beautifully. Nobody here, if any at all, do it any better.

Thanks and my :salute:

Getting close, the church up there behind the tree line... two versions (original & mixed PP):

.
I LOVE this one, Corlan!!

Ari, go and have some long lunch. I want to buy a sarong.

Give me a few dollars, Mr. Rayyan, I shall get it for you.

No, you go and have lunch.

It shall take me very long to choose and bargain.

Priceless and timeless! A truly beautiful portrait.

I LOVE this one, Corlan!!
Thanks my dear friends. :)
(and agree on the second version -even though the incredible detail of the original color one is lost in the process. But again, detail is not what photography's all about...)

Priceless and timeless! A truly beautiful portrait.
+1. And not only beautiful, but subtle and meaningful.

Brilliant indeed.
I perfectly remember the first, more extensive set -these will complement them nicely. And this says a lot. :salute:

Busy times these. I use my bed at home mostly as storage for the bags I keep packing and unpacking.

Steve, your yoga photos are top

The pizza season has started again... or was that the racing season? I'll try to find one of those race photos for you. In the meantime, this pizza photo will have to do :toocool:

Unfortunately, the young lady lost her ride home the next day, so I kind of had to offer her a lift the 200 kilometers, usually less than 3 hours. But there was a rainstorm, so it took five, and we had to stop for dinner :p

The sufferings we have to live with :D

I think dinner today will have to be at the local Trattoria :p

Or at the Bierstube :D
