Ah... I almost forgot. There were some girls there as well. One asked if I was thirsty. I was :)

Jørgen: Besides the colors, I like that the viewing direction of the racing driver is visible, gives dynamics to the picture and elucidates the challenge.
I was a bit surprised when I noticed where he was looking. The track is going in the other direction
Maybe there were some pretty girls on the side :p

Pramote: Stunning picture. Absolutely worth the reposting (from November 2011 :)).

Lighting, colors, the motion blur, subject and last but not least the composition. Truly extraordinary! For me without any doubt one of your best ...
Thanks very much for your kind words! I truly appreciate it.
Sorry for reposing! I probably posted too many pictures I couldn't remember :)

Pramote: You're welcome, and thanks again for sharing your picture(s)!

I think it's the evident proof for the quality of this one that I instantly remembered it from your post last year. We see so many pictures here (and elsewhere), but how few of them can really linger in the memory.

Rebuilding LBI beach after Sandy. Note the tractor tracks. The beach color is actually more neutral color than shown here. I am not going to mess with color balance until we can get back in our home where I have a calibrated and profiled monitor. Right now I am using an antiquated Dell lap top.

Ydo, These seem to do some justice to the fantastic dishes (compared to the phone shots you posted earlier in another thread). Are you a consumer or creator of these?

Best wishes to you!

Vivek, I do food photography for magazines and a bit of food styling.
And I like to eat my "models" after shooting.
