Servo AF with 105mm Macro

We often shoot images like this one with the 105mm Macro lens at maybe f/4.5:

With the Canon 100mm f/2.8 IS Macro servo tracking works extremely well. These poppies float in the wind and my body moves (no chance with tripod really as this would be way to static). What AF-C mode would be best on the D800?
