I have the B2 Pro II screw clamp and somehow it got damaged , by me not sure how. This is the first time I have used the warranty, very polite, very fast service!!

I will be buying more of their stuff

After trying many other ball heads we finally settled on the BH55….. and were so impressed we ordered a second!
