This piece of metal is exposed to air once every 30 years, when they drain the lake for barrage maintenance. The lake itself is so full of tourists right now that it is impossible to make a proper snap of the place.

A general comment, not really specific to the DP3M:

These last posts make me jealous because you all seem to have such a good eye for potential subjects.

Let me expand a little: anyone can go to the Grand Canyon, select 'P' mode, point the camera anywhere and get stunning images. But just to wander out into an ordinary garden . . .

So, this is a general "like" for all of you.
