Focus Peaking and DPn Merrills

Anyone think it would be possible through a change in firmware to offer focus peaking on the DP1, DP2 and DP3 Merrills?

Just curious.

I'd give quite a lot for the possibility to mod the firmware a little more on my needs. I think your issue could be concerned, and a lot of mine, too (e.g. browsing images at 100%, doing 7 RAW shots in a row by self timer, intervall timer with multiple exposure, freely choosable self timer time, and many more small errors of the DPs).

But I'm afraid I never heard or read about a custom firmware on the Merrills. Anyone?
