f/8, but shot close range (about 3 ft)with camera pointing up at an angle. Also, corner softness is a known issue with this lens.seems to be very unsharp at the corners, what f-stop did you use?
Yes, it is. I use it on glossy canvas prints that are framed without glass. Gives some protection from fingerprints and dust will not adhere to the print.Is that a can of Renaissance polish reflected in the filter?
Yes, Louis it is a 145mm circular polarizer filter. The little brass posts on the edge are handy for rotating the filter.I'm intrigued by the circular filter. Is that a polariser? Or stop filter?

UPS delivered the 24-105/4 Art lens I had ordered to Stewarts just before I left Anchorage on my way home. I had a chance to take a few snapshots before the light faded.

These images look so detailed and I think comparable to larger sensors tha what Sigma installed in their cameras.
