film photography ... "St. James Hotel"

Wandering in New York City on a sultry night in Summer 2002, I made
this exposure with a Contax Tix camera. I'd processed it once before,
but I found it again yesterday while scanning the roll of film and
thought it might be interesting in both color and monochrome renderings.

I think Bacall and Bogart could come out of either of these doors and Id enjoy the film;both very evocative.

I agree with nei1. I'm torn between which I like better--and I'm usually a b & w person. They really impart two different feelings and I like both.

Thanks!

Having rediscovered the Contax Tix in my drawer, I find myself strangely drawn to it. I'll post a self-portrait I shot the other day in a separate thread.
