I joined this forum in late January at which time I was expecting the imminent arrival of a GRD2. I waited and waited, but no camera and no replies from the supplier (!) to my emails. Forunately I had paid via PayPal and though their dispute system I was eventually refunded the entire amount.
I guess I was getting a bit cocky, never having had a problem with web purchases. When I did some research on the seller (Are-Jays Electronics of Perth West Australia) I found screams and howls from all over the place. If I had taken the time to do the research first I could have saved myself all the aggro.
However, in the the three months that have passed since placing the order the DP-1 became available and I am now eagerly awaiting the arrival of my copy. So all is well that ends well. Not that I expect everyone to agree!
