That EVF looks just like the one on the GF1... minus the Leica logo. If it is the same EVF then it is too little too late. I have the GF1 EVF and compared to the Oly it is terrible. I use it but only when I have to do so.
I hope it isn't the same one. Many will be dissappoionted.

Yes, I am afraid it's the same low-res EVF from the GF-1.
I have the LX5 and I LOVE it. No need for an EVF.

Sad about that.... I had hoped that Panasonic would upgrade the IQ/resolution of that EVF to the same level as the Oly.. Oh well, let's see what else comes from Leica at Photokina.. maybe just "One more thing"... besides the Titanium M9.
