Construction will be back in full force in 6-7 years, plenty of time to recover from recession.. There were a lot of high-rise condos that got scrapped because of the current economic troubles, but a lot of projects are still in progress. Residential single-family homes have come to a near standstill, but small commercial has still been going well.
