B&W with GRD?

Sorry if this sounds too basic. I just bought a used GRD and too excited :clap: about it. While I wait for its arrival, I would like to know how get those beautiful B&Ws?

I mean do you shoot in its BW jpeg mode? or do the BW conversion in PP. If you are doing it in PP, please let me know the workflow

For me, where the GRD shines is its jpegs.
Esp B&W
They have a look that defies other cameras
It allows a wide range of contrast and sharpness range in camera, in addition the normal exposure controls.

This is straight from the camera, no PP'ing.

Lili thank you so much. If that's straight out of camera then I think I made a right choice...I got it especially for BWs
