I had a follow-up appointment with my doctor friends today. Also ayesha has somehow managed to get a hairline fracture on the foot. So both of us limped
to the hospital. There we parted company, as her daughter's colleagues came to escort her to the specialist.

Me? I went to the cardiac surgery recent discharged out patient clinic.
Faisal was there. He had seen me at home, so he just directed the staff to clean the suture's area. Heard some heart sounds, pronounced me alive and moved on to the other room.

I went to an adjacent corridor, I knew very well. I had a letter with me.
I handed it to the head nurse. It was to thank every member of the staff that looked after me, the support teams. I could not enter the CSICU, but gave a similar letter to them. With all the names, I could remember.

Guess what? One of the British nurses was so overcome that she hugged me to my utter embarrassment!! And guess what? I was so surprised that most of them remembered me by name!! Wow!

Here are some photos of my small trip to the hospital, showing some of the streets of my city....

It all goes to show, deep down we are all the same. A simple thank you, respect,
Caring. That is all that bonds us all.
