otumay I really like these! The subject and composition, superb, the three treatments all add in their own ways.

Post processing photographic images in the digital age has opened up a whole new art form or perhaps made what was previously a specialist form of photography accessible to all, photography as creative expression rather than a mere reproduction of what is in front of you. Sooper Tramp on flickr is a good example.

Thanks for all the encouragement. This camera urges me to go out and venture...
Friday evening, while walking on a street I saw a cute little girl lying on her back on a window sill (protected from falling by window grilles) and singing merrily to herself. I quickly pointed my DP-1 at the scene but alas, during the time it took to auto-focus she spotted me and sat up straight. Assuming her ladylike manners, she acted as if she didn't notice me. This is what came of it:

When they start learning all this, I wonder...
