First shots with A900 and 50/1.4

Thanks to all those who answered my naive questions about the A900. I have now had a chance to play with it a little and so far I am very impressed. My 28mm and 50mm Sony lenses have now arrived.

A few simple test still life shots with the 50mm Sony and sometimes a Cokin close-up lens.

Thanks, everyone. I think this may be the holy grail of cameras for me. Finally no more developing 6x7 negs.

I will still have to come up with a lith printing solution so I guess I will have to get into digital negatives at some point.

these shots make the 50mm 1.4 look quite good. i would value the zeiss, but it would also be nice to have some lighter alternatives. great work, mrtoml.
