Comparing - *Lumix3D* lens with

Lumix G3 - sensor 4576x2576 (16:9, total 16 Mpixel )
Sony NEX7 - sensor 6000x3375 (16:9, total 24.3 Mpixel)

for *3D* average usable

G3 - 2x 1800x1000
NEX7 - 2x 2500x1400

G3 12.5mm = 25mm

NEX7 12.5mm = 19mm - don't forget to change left/right for NEX7!
