I'm sure the NEX-6 is a terrific camera but I still have a soft spot in my heart for the 5N. I think it could take every single one of the images you posted a link to - equally well.
The 5N is on one hand, obviously less complete than the 6 but on the other, more flexible in some ways - particularly, the smaller size and option to add the EVF if desired or omit it if you want to save space.
Different strokes of course. I'm sure some people much prefer the larger size of the 6 and the full-time EVF and flash.
Don't think you can go wrong with either one...
