Only shown in silver color. I have asked them if they make it in black.

(I am not sure if it is a nicer looking version of the 35/1.7 in c-mount, sold on eBay, for a small amount of cash)

It sure looks a lot like the Fujian/SLR Magic 35/1.7 in a fancier case, like you mentioned. They're probably just calling it a 34/1.8 to throw people of the trail. :)

It could just be that the SLR Magic never quite made good on its promise of f:1.7...:)
Still, based on the gallery samples, this lens looks to be a steal if one is in the market for a fast 35mm.
