Michiel's comment on the previous page about the Amsterdam tourist circuit got me thinking. So in that spirit, here are some snaps from the Vancouver tourist circuit!

Michiel, the sculpture is called "Digital Orca," and is one of the centrepieces surrounding the very prized real estate of the Vancouver Convention Centre. As you noticed, the jokes write themselves, and have since it was unveiled a few years ago. IMO, the sculpture simply doesn't fit the city, its past, or its present. Sort of sad, because I like the subject matter.
