The Cornish coastal path is circa 300 miles long, fortunately there are plenty of benches dotted about where you can take time out and just enjoy the view.

Their pedestrian crossings can also be crossed diagonal. Never seen this before. :)

Re: Fun With Sony _____

Yesterday we took a walk through the Eijsder Beemden, which is the latest addition to the Netherlands. The original border there followed the river Maas, but during the years the river changed flow a bit and there was a piece of Belgium only connected to the Netherlands as well as an about equal size piece of the Netherlands only connected to Belgium. So after long negotiations and legal proceedings the two pieces were swapped.

Both pieces are nice riverside nature, with lots of wild plants and wildlife. The weather was foggy, cold and wet but the walk was great and I got some nice pictures on top.

1: Icy lakeside

2: A small spider inspecting the beaver damage

3: Fullers Teasel

All three A700 + Sony 18-250

Alan, that second one is so tangible, it's almost like you can feel all the textures by touching the screen
Great shot!

Thanks Pieter.
I have been using C1 10 and the new sharpening method seems to really work with the A7 and lenses I am using. Needless to say I am very pleased with the results of late. :D

Thanks Alan. What sharpening parameter values did you use? TIA.

There are a lot of people just going to New Zealand to shoot wedding pictures. It's one of several bridal pairs we saw on our trip. And we heard also several stories from Kiwis about. :)
