any way to have flexible spot always on without going into the menus. So it works like a canon hit one button and start moving it around? Thanks David

Custom button setup. I have it assigned to C1.
I think that only selects the focus mode, it doesn't allow the 4-way directional pad to be used to move the focus point directly, like the Pro Canon bodies which have separate focus point joysticks, without having to first hit a custom button.

If you assign C1 like Tim than you need to hit center punch button than you can move it. Going by memory here. Mine is set to C2
