How many different lens adapters are available for the sony a7r, i know about the canon EF and leica M adapters, are there adapters for other lens manufacturers or formats, like medium format lenses?

All E mount adapters available should work so you can adapt Canon, Nikon, Leica M/R, Contax Yashica, Pentax, etc..

Just type -to E mount- on Ebay and you will come a long way.
