I have a Nissin Di700A for Nikon that I'm pretty found of. It's a powerfull flash that never had any overheating issues that doens't break the bank.
Now Nissin is releasing a Di700A for Sony and I was wondering if the AF assist light on this flash is compatible with Sony's mirrorless cameras. Sony's own F60M flash has an AF assist beam that simply doesn't work on it's e-mount cameras. There's a lot of Sony e-mount cameras that have trouble AFing in low light and this could be helpful.
