This has little to do with Sony compared to Nikon or Canon , etc why not post it in the sunset section?
The Batis lenses are designed and made by Tamron with a blue label slapped on them, it would seem. It is well known that Cosina make the Loxia lenses with the blue labels like the zony lenses made by Sony with the ubiquitous blue labels.
