Hi there
I was asked to do some shots of Nick Lowe and Ron Sexsmith at the Cambridge Corn Exchange last night. I thought I'd give the A900 with the 135 f1.8 a run out for the job.
My problem was that the remit was to get shots of the Band, rather than of Nick, and unfortunately, although the lighting guy had been told, he seemed to be punishing me! Not to mention the fact that there were really only two possible angles to the stage, (front row seats right up to it), and most of the band were invisible from most angles. Still, these things are sent to try us!
I haven't had time to have a proper go through, but here are a couple that seem to have worked reasonably well.
