Becoming a Subscribre to GetDPI

The cost and email address are posted (up there, at the top of the main forum's page) to become a "subscriber", but the payment options are not listed.

What are the payment options to become a "subscriber" to this forum?

PayPal using Jacks address and “Subscriber Membership” at least that’s how I’ve done it.
