First photo in a gallery...

Well, I am happy that the first gallery I approached is interested in selling my photos! I went to the photo gallery in Reykjavik with about 5 prints...all I had with me from the move, and the gallery owner was impressed with my prints and wanted to put one of them on display for sale. I am very happy as it is my first time trying to get into a gallery and the result was successful! It is a 16x20 image that I took with a Leica MP and 50/1.4 ASPH on Acros. The retail is 60,000isk, which is 1,000 US dollars, so I am pretty excited. To be honest, I doubt it will sell, but just having an image for sale is a big deal for me, so I am quite pleased. It's the first hurdle on the way to becoming a "pro", which is my goal.
