They should ban the horse races for the saftey and the well being of the horses.

Yes, you would not want cameras at the event. It is not like the FBI used spectator's photographs to catch the criminals at the Boston bombings. It would be nice if we could ban stupidity. We seem to have banned intelligence really well.
