Neat story, Stephen. I was 16 at game time and a big baseball fan. Remember the photo well, but never heard the story.

Well I could be born in 1956. LOL

What a great story though and what a shame he went all that time without the credit but as they say what goes around comes around and I hope his son's remember him well. Certainly left a legacy behind

Nice story with a happy ending -- the guy was worried about leaving a legacy and does just days before his death.
