GH2 - After Effects - Warp Stabilisation

Hi !

I'm new at video processing and run into this problem :

I shot a video where every single MTS file is approx 50 MB
These clips need stabilization (shot handheld) so I load them in AE and operate warp stabilization. The result looks great in AE, exactly as I want.
But then, rendering When I go with the default settings, I get a file of over 6GB starting from only 50MB. Even lowering the resolution to half, I remain with 1.9 GB ....

What am I doing wrong ???
I'm grateful for all advice from your side !!!

Settings when shooting : 24p - 24H
E-M1/GH2/G1 Full Spectrum & lots of lenses
