What an amazing (and creative) lens, Klaus.
I'm always wondering where you find these gems ... :)

Kind regards.
Well, it has been a few years since I knew about them, but their $$$$ price tag left them out of reach.
Then the inventor and owner passed and his son liquidated the company remains, so I got three... ;-)

Congrats on the finnds, Klaus! :)

Did any camera exist at that time to record Lyman Alpha (Hydrogen) line?

Obviously, why would someone found a company making such optics if there were no use for them??
It is not “obvious” to me that is why I asked. What 135 film existed in 1977 that would register far UV?

TIA!

(CELESTRON f5.6/300mm, not the sharpest mirror lens for sure, but I like its drawing...)

Those monochrome sensors are quite impressive Vivek, was already thinking about getting one of my cameras converted...
