Thanks for starting this thread. Autumn is my favourite time of the year. Too bad it doesn't last longer.

The attached was made from 8 jpegs stitched together with Elements 6.
G1 with 14-45 kit lens at 14 mm.

    cheers

Many beautiful pictures. One that stands out particularly for me are mabelsounds' falling leaves.

A very interesting picture. I have never ventured into stitching. I guess it must be very time consuming, needs a tripod, what else?

    cheers

    Thanks Peter:

It's not time consuming once you become familiar with the process. For the images, I do use a tripod with a lightweight panorama head, a Nodal Ninja. It only weighs about 500 gm. It took me less than a minute to take all eight shots for the tree pano. It takes me somewhat longer to select a suitable subject ;-)

    cheers

My absolute favorite time of the year. It is too bad that our Autumn is usually quite short and followed by a long cold Winter.

Nice dynamics. The pale blue behind the striking oranges works well too.

These were all taken with a FD mount Tokina ATX 90mm f/2.5 Macro. It does a great job on my G1 :-)
