I got mine from Panny. The camera and card took 10 days from order to delivery, the case took 13 days. A very stressful transaction - one of the worst I have had on the net. They really should outsource to Amazon or the like.

An update...... even though they called me and said that the
order had been canceled, it shipped & they charged my card.
NOW I have been advised that once UPS delivers it back to
them with an intercept that my credit card will be credited.
Glad that they make a better camera that they do business
on the internet.....
