Panasonic 7-14mm lens and Polarizer usage

I have a GF1 body and want to shoot with a 7-14mm lens. Has anyone using this combination used a polarizer?

The 7-14 doesn't have a filter thread, so you'd have to get creative to attach something to the front of the lens.

Polarisers tend to produce uneven results with ultrawide lenses anyway so probably best you cannot attach one. NDs and GNDs may be needed so you would be looking at large gel filters and a universal adapter to do anything.
