    A Day at the Races...

...completely without Chow Chows, Shar Pei and Elos.

This weekend, there was the so-called every-dog race in my hometown Hildesheim, and I just had to use this chance of sgooting some dogs at full speed. But as it was my first time at a gog race track, the focus wasn't always exactly where I wanted it to be - so please don't blame me for the limited sharpness of some of the pics. And I had to crop some of the pics - resulting in reduced quality. But I hope you will have some fun, nevertheless.

First of all, we've got ähhh... let's call him Mad Max:

He really gives me the creeps - particularly because of his eyes he probably borrowed from 'Ka' from the Djungle Book. d

    Here come some greyhound-like dogs...

...and another one that seems to be close to losing his cool. *fg*:

While this one seems to be rather annoyed because of...

    ...having to run, here...

Re: A Day at the Races...

    ...while he...

    ...obviously has fun...

    ...and this one...

    ...even more.

    Sometimes, they really resemble...

...predatory sauriers like Tyrannosaurus Rex while running, don't they?

The next one was disqualified after the race...

...for the use of illegal aerodynamc devices.

    Also spectacular were the dachshunds,
while the doctor arguably would have told this specimen..

    ...to make do...

    ...with...

...jogging, in the near future. *efg*

He, on the other hand, was absolutely fit ...

    ...but also ...

    ...fell victim to the ban...

    ...of aerodynamic devices.

    Definitely:

    Style cores...

    6,0; 6,0; 6,0; 6,0; 6,0; 6,0... and 4.9?! Anyway, it doesn't come as a surprise that the Dutch once again
have got their very own opinion. *rofl*

Well - and the one or the other even needs his ...

...make up to shine at the racetrack.

Strange: it says two replies, here, but I don't see them and haven't been informed about them. What is going on?

Great shots Don and It's funny, I was thinking they looked like T-Rex too. Thanks for sharing.

    Thank you, Clay.
Yes. Seeing them run like these raptors is truly amazing.
