    Shot preview options on G1 / GF1

Just a simple query which relates to both the G1 and GF1. Ive tried searching through lots of user reviews online but can't find a straight answer. A G1 owner even posted the same query on another forum but didn't get a definite answer. I assume it would be possible to turn the shot preview off - in other words, choose so that the camera does not display the taken photo after every shot?

I'd rather call that "review" than "preview" !
In the SETUP menu of the G1, first page, you have an item AUTO REVIEW.
You can set that to "off".

That should do what you want, if I understand you correctly !

Oh gosh, you're right! That sounds much more logical.

Yes, you can turn off the image review.

However, on my GF1, if the drive setting is "Continuous," the camera still shows a split-second review between photos. Took me a while to figure out why it was doing that.... On single shot, turning off the review works as expected.
