Just wanted to clue people in that DXO Optics Pro 7 is great for processing raw files with the GH2, even when you don't have lens profiles. The "HDR" feature is great. Noise reduction also works better than in Lightroom; I'm getting very good files from iso 3200. Also the deomsaicing (without any sharpening) from DxO produces a sharper rendering than Lightroom. When I use noise reduction, then I also use the sharpening in DXO Optics Pro for capture sharpening. Otherwise, I use my normal sharpening routine. . . . Only problem is that DXO doesn't support many lens yet for the GH2. But I don't see that as that much of a drawback. . . . I use to use DXO with my Canon 5DII, and haven't used it in awhile. If you've never used it before, it takes some getting used to. I always export to DNG files and then may do some additional processing in Lightroom before exporting to Photoshop. . . Well worth the effort and cost, IMHO, especially for higher ISO files and for extracting more dynamic range.
