Oly 17/1.8 wide open samples (including RAW files for download)

My younger son gave me a rare gift of patience (for about 3 minutes) while I rattled off some sample shots.

All of these are wide open (f/1.8) with 100% crops embedded and RAW files attached below. No color fringing correction applied.

There's been some talk about how the Panasonic 20 is sharper, and I think that it definitely is, but I'm happy with the performance I'm seeing from the Oly. With excellent build and fast quiet AF, it's the 35mm equivalent I've been waiting for.

This lens has received sketchy reviews prior to its widespread introduction and availability. However, looking through your files, it looks like a winner.
