Just the Tokina 90mm f2.5 in action again...

The last two work well for me. Amazingly simple and well composed.

Nature has the magic all around us, who as photographers just need some imagination and photographic eyes to successfully capture what is so obvious in front of us. These are good examples of that. Well done.

Hi Keith,

actually it wasn't too difficult at all - I shot in Aperture priority, and only needed -0.3EV for the first, and 0EV for the second in exposure compensation.

I shoot at ISO 200 in raw, with -2 Contrast, -2 Saturation, -2 Sharpening and then convert to tiff using Olympus Studio - finally applying PP using Lightzone.

Cheers

Brian,

BOTH are excellent, and while I probably prefer the one you selected there is something more "emotive" about the other one I can't quite put my finger on. Good work!

Thanks Michiel, Jack - I'm finding the Photo A Day challenge really rewarding!

I feel like I'm making a bit more of every day now...

Wonderful composition Woody, do you have a link for your daily photo blog?

Is that 9:16 aspect ratio? really works well!

Cool stuff, Brian... great mood with the fog and all.

Woodmancy, yes, I like the second one better than the first. Wonderful composition and rich in patterns and colors.
