    GX8 with Zuiko 40-150mm f/4-5.6 @ 116mm and f/5.3

Wide open, this lens shows its weaknesses.

Ah, that *old* lens! And this is a setting where the feared "purple blobs" might appear, right --the lights & skylights!?
(I've not found the problem to be frequent. And sometimes with the 12-40! (on E-M5.1) luv the 7-14's snug-fitting lens-hood cap)

It's the second (or third?) time I own this lens. It's a boring piece of glass and plastic, but it does the job and is excellent for travel. I've never had the purple blobs (I think), but maybe I'm not looking hard enough

An Acros 100 negative shot with a Pentax 645NII, but digitized with my Olympus E-M1X and 60mm macro lens on a copy stand with LED tablet on base. The digital image was recorded in high res mode in the E-M1X for an 80 MP final image.

One more negative digitized as above with the E-M1X. Bleached out driftwood on the shore of Seneca Lake taken with a Mamiya RZ67 36 years ago.

Among all the power talk about MF and new tech cams I'm finding very few images

So here's some from a small sensor:

Amsterdam yesterday, inside the former post office (now the Magna Plaza shopping center)

    1: Looking up

    2: Columns galore (defished)

    3: The central hall

All Olympus PEN EP3 + fisheye 9/8 "body cap"

Thanks Pieter. Impressive images of a stunning building.
Formerly a Post Office! I wonder what they used all that space for?

I would love to see that space photographed with a modern high resolution camera.
MFT, APS-C, FF, or mMF would do fine.
Bart could use his Fuji GFX 50S and GF23 or GF32-64.
    With best regards, K-H.

Agree, these are just fun snaps (and fun it was), but I'll probably be back with some more serious equipment and have another go. Since it's Bart's neck of the woods he might beat me to it though .

No problem Bart, when I was walking around in Amsterdam yesterday I was on the lookout for a gentleman shooting MF Fuji but unfortunately I didn't spot one
Would have been great if we would have bumped into each other (not literally)

I'd love to see what you could do in that building, I always find it inspiring what other people see in the same location.
