No more pictures for me to post I guess.

I realize the VF4 is sitting on store shelves while the E-P5 and M6 or other Olympus cameras that will offer its full resolution are delayed. I'm waiting for an E-P5 to use while I wait for my M(240) Leica, also indefinitely delayed. But since I have already paid for a VF4, I wonder what advantages it has over a VF-2 when used with the earlier Olympus M43 cameras? Presumably not resolution, or have firmware upgrades appeared now to give that?

The VF-4 now boasts 2.36 million dot evf, much larger screen and adjustable diopter adjustment switch. In all a very noticeable improvement on the standard OMD E-M5 evf which is already very good! It does need a firmware update to 1.7 in order to work.

Aha! I checked and the firmware for the E-PL5 has also been updated, so I'm requesting the VF-4 now. Won't wait for the E-P5 that it was ordered with.
