    Thanks Vivek, I'm very pleased with it, it's amazing to get 500mm effective focal length in such a small package.

    Well, at least you won't break your back carrying that f/5 around and it seems to be very sharp.

    There are actually two entrances they are working on, one on the other side of the tree. It's amazing how tirelessly they work...

    Very nice shots. I love watching woodies work--we have several varieties around but I'm not a bird shooter, just a watcher, so really enjoy it when someone gets some great shots like these.
