Novoflex MFT/LEM Adaptor

I have since few days a Novoflex MFT/LTM adaptor and I'm using it on a Panasonic G1 with various LTM lenses, either Voitglander or Leica make.
I've found in general that where the coupling between the camera and the adaptor ring is stiff, the one between the adaptor ring and the lens is rather loose and allows a certain degree of mouvement between the parts.
My question is if this is normal and if there is any workaround to correct the problem.

I did both things but the distributor has no idea whatsoever and Novoflex has'nt replied yet.
I'll keep waiting.
